## Product boundary

Anvil is the public product label for a platform that configures and reviews AI
Agents, Workflows, Businesses, Websites, Portals, Company workspaces, and Cases.
The public legal-entity identity and operating geography remain under review.

Eligible deployments can use customer-supplied branding. Branding cannot remove
the applicable AI notice or Anvil platform disclosure. A Builder account label is
not a verified legal entity, certification, or Anvil endorsement.

## Commerce status

New commercial checkout and enrollment are paused.

No purchase or contract is offered by this file or the linked public pages. New
checkout, subscription enrollment, PAYG enablement, connected-account onboarding,
payment-link creation, credit purchases, and Company release are server-gated
while Anvil's public Terms remain LEGAL_REVIEW_REQUIRED with no effective date or
acceptance authority. Existing authorized subscriptions and already-authorized or
in-flight obligations may continue through provider settlement and remain
manageable or cancelable.

Bounded Stripe test-mode certification uses synthetic payment data. It records a
separately named noncontractual test acknowledgement—not a purchase, subscription,
Terms acceptance, Privacy acceptance, production release, merchant designation,
legal-party determination, or promise of commercial availability.

page for source/testing review. They are inactive configuration, not an offer,
earnings claim, seller-proceeds promise, refund term, SLA, or authorization to
charge.

## Source-visible capabilities

- Guided configuration of Agents and Workflows, with authenticated authority and
  release checks for sensitive actions.
- Customer-branded Portal, widget, hosted-page, and API configuration where the
  exact deployment is eligible; mandatory AI/platform disclosure remains.
- Conditional email, document, spreadsheet, search, memory, voice, messaging,
  media, payment, and productivity integrations. Presence in source does not prove
  activation, provider contract status, geography, retention, or availability.
- Synthetic examples for vertical workflows. They are not customer case studies,
  live external actions, response-time promises, outcome claims, or legal advice.

Anvil does not make a universal public claim here about encryption, Cloudflare,
uptime, SLA, support response time, data residency, compliance certification,
merchant status, provider model/version, income, conversion, savings, or customer
results. Current evidence and known gaps are published in the Trust Center.
